Hotel impression

For a few years I always stay at this hotel between flights. Convenient location, near Sheremetyevo Airport. A free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel every half hour is very convenient. Breakfast is gorgeous. The only downside I would point out is poor noise insulation. At least the hotel had a children's camp. Late in the day, the teenagers were making noise both in the hallway and behind the wall. But it's worth noting the quick feedback from the receptionists and the security officer after my remarks.
The hotel definitely recommends it.

When we booked the hotel, we paid for dinner. The plane was delayed, we were late. There's no refund. Stay vigilant!

Terrible hotel and service. While waiting in line to check in, they listened to the inquiry and disapproval of people who demanded another room, complained about the lack of air conditioning and much more.

Room Economy

In the photo of the room economy was a kettle, in the room it was not explained by the fact that the economy kettle is not included. The TV in the room wasn't working.

Overall it's good

I stayed in the building Gamma.What I liked:
• The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport by car/transfer
• free transfer from/to airport every 30 min*
• breakfast starts at 5am
• the room was clean,the bed was comfortable
• food was tasty. There is a restaurant in the building Delta where I ordered soup with lamb & beans and duck breast with polenta. Both were very delicious. Definitely it's recommended to try.
Now about minuses.
I was a bit upset when I entered the room, N 706
I was choosing the room with window because I suppose to arrive about 1pm so I can enjoy the view and have natural light.And it was there.....but under the ceiling, so it was impossible to see anything.
After all it's not a big deal,but next point definitely has to be improved - transfer back to the airport.
MY ADVISE: PLAN YOUR TIME AHEAD!
* YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK TO THE AIRPORT BY HOTEL SHATTLE BUS BECAUSE IT MAY COME TO YOUR BUILDING ALREADY FULL (as it happened with my trip).
WHEN WE ASKED AT THE RECEPTION ABOUT ADDITIONAL BUS THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE IT AND NEXT WILL COME AS SCHEDULED IN 30 MIN.
SO, HAVE CASH AND BE READY TO BOOK A TAXI (it's aproximately 500 Rus.rub) TO BE ON TIME FOR CHECK IN.

Nice hotel
