Amazing - book with eyes closed-
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service.

Great place to stay, helpful and friendly staff; from the front desk to the room cleaning team. They were all very professional and always available when needed. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional as well as helpful.

A place to remember.
Very good stay at Hotel Sky. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always available to help. The location is convenient and the service is of high quality. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY, which fully met my expectations.
An establishment that fully met my expectations. The welcome and service are of great professionalism, with a team that is attentive and always available. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean, and perfectly arranged. The dining is a true asset of the hotel: the breakfast is plentiful and very varied, while the offered dishes are tasty, generous, and prepared with care. A big congratulations to the entire team for the quality of their services and their sense of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Worst
This review was updated from Atlas Sky Hotel, which is probably lovely. This Sky Casa Airport was a complete Nightmare !!!
I should have checked the 3.9 reviews more closely before booking. It was impossible to get accurate information from the hotel staff by phone or email. I booked this hotel for a long layover and called several times to ensure the booking was confirmed and all had been paid as it was for my mother and she does not speak Arabic or French and her English is limited and she would not be traveling with a credit card.
Nonetheless, despite having spoken to the hotel staff on two occasions on which they confirmed all had been confirmed and paid, my mother was prohibited from checking in because they said she had no reservation.
The onsite manager was horrible, both rude and dismissive. Despite her showing him the email confirmation for the reservation and giving him the confirmation reference number, she was told she had no reservation.
Apparently, due to some sort glitch, there was a duplicate reservation in the system ; one for the night before the night we booked fo our actual reservation.
Nonetheless, my mother was left waiting for close to two hours while they refused her check -in and debated with me and the staff regarding the reservation. This is despite having a confirmed reservation and the hotel having taken payment from my credit card for the booking. Despite having photos of my call logs showing the multiple times I had called prior to my mothers arrival to confirm my reservation. I was eventually forced to pay AGAIN for the reservation (by sending a photo of my credit card) just so my mom could check in and get to her room, after being told by the manager that we could pay or find another hotel.
So I paid twice for one night at a hotel where the service was below sub-par. The manager was the worst i have ever experienced in all of my travels.
I wrote to the customer relations contact for the hotel and so far have received no response. Apparently, this hotel does not care about us reputation or its customers . Pity.
