I always stay here when flying out of Munich.Normally I give a 5 star review because it’s the perfect combination of ease, great service, great breakfast, etc. On this trip I was shocked as a frequent traveler to be treated rudely at check in, a young man who appeared to be training a young lady seemed very put off at having to check me in. She actually rolled her eyes because I was tired and didn’t know my Hilton # off the top of my head and they had to use my e-mail to look it up. I usually love this place and I will stay there again but I must say it dampen my evening.

As a hotel mainly used for pre/post flights rest, I found the ability to use to facilities unreasonable.
We were unable to used the lounge, swimming pool etc., cause of strict operating hours.

Very good place to stay if you need to sleep between layovers at the airport. Roomservice was amazing!

Fantastic stay at an unbeatable airport location

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hilton Munich Airport during our recent trip! The location right at the airport is unbeatable and made everything so convenient and stress-free. Our room was modern, sparkling clean, and super comfortable for relaxing before our flight back home to the USA. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a real highlight for us. The veal schnitzel was top notch, and there were also plenty of delicious veggie options for my vegetarian partner to choose from. The entire atmosphere was extremely perfect for unwinding in style, and the staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we checked in. It is easily one of the best airport hotels we have ever stayed at, and we would definitly stay here again whenever we travel through Munich!
