Charming establishment, well-located and quiet.
A real little gem, very charming, with charming and very professional staff.
The decoration created by the adjoining embroidery workshop is very refined.
The location in a small, quiet street very close to the city center is an additional asset.
I highly recommend this establishment and particularly thank the person who accompanied us during an embroidery class.

Great service, nice people, free bike rental
The people and the service at this location was excellent. The room was nice, but did not include a safe (deposit box for valuables), and in our room the mini fridge/bar was not functioning (we did not bother to complain).
The pool is nice, surrounded by trees and plants.
The prices at the bar is on the expensive side, but you pay for the convenience. And if you don't like the prices, you can walk 5 minutes and get cool drinks some other place.
The breakfast was nice, and there was a person preparing various egg-dishes or pho.
Free bike-rental, which you should really use. This was one of the more bike-friendly areas that we visited in Vietnam. You can see a lot from a bicycle in this area, and there a lot of temples nearby worth visiting. Even Hang Mua is within bicycle distance, as well as Bich Dong.
You can find some hotels that are closer to nature, surrounded by the cliffs and palm-trees. From this hotel you will either have a view to the "city" and some cliffs in the distance, or a view to rice-fields (and maybe even a water buffalo).

A hidden gem
The hotel is well located, not far from cafes and other entertainment. The pool offers a good moment of relaxation.
The cocktails are excellent.
The staff is kind and smiling, in short, top-notch.
The room is spacious, bright, and well-equipped.
The bathroom with a window is a plus.
The breakfast is also very good, we loved it, we recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with views
Highly recommend! Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are really beautiful and unique style for Ninh Binh plus super clean. We had the most incredible view of the mountains while having the convenience of staying in town. Really well priced accommodation and loved the swimming pool. Hotel had a good variety of drinks available for purchase including wine. The only slight negative was the breakfast, just not as fresh or to as high a standard as other places we stayed in Vietnam. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Our great favorite.
Our great favorite among the five hotels of our trip.
Hotel ideally located, just 50 meters from the main street. Very quiet, without the noise of horns or traffic, only the singing of birds.
A warm, comfortable establishment perfectly located for visits.
The welcome is smiling and attentive, with excellent advice. The service is attentive and caring. The common areas are beautifully decorated with taste.
We had a suite with a king-size bed and a balcony.
The room, spacious (750 sq ft), was impeccable: spotless cleanliness, excellent bedding, perfect bathroom, refined ambiance, and numerous delicate little attentions.
The hotel is clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent. The pool is a real delight. The staff is extremely friendly. The bicycles provided for free are in good condition.
The restaurant is among the best we have tried during our stay, to the point that we had all our dinners there. The dishes are generous and flavorful, at very affordable prices, all by the pool: a true pleasure.
We had a wonderful stay at this establishment.
