Floor by floor they are quietly refurbishing and they are brilliant at what they do

From start to finish my visit was unbelievable.

Very dirty, filthy

Unfortunately the hotel, in addition to the good location, does not offer clean rooms. Everything is very dirty, filthy, starting from the carpets in the corridors of the floors, the sheets are gray and stained and sometimes torn, as well as the bath towels. Also in the bathroom it smells like a sewer.

This is a Scam, and I Mean It. Do Not Book!

Actually a scam hotel! Please see attached photos for proof so you know I'm not just a regular angry customer, and that I have the literal receipts. I don't use the word "scam" lightly, but I genuinely warn you to never come anywhere near this place. I booked through Booking.com for 2 nights for the price of 468,000 won. Now, I'll be the first to admit: That's an insanely good deal. Very affordable rate. Regardless, that's the rate I locked in with Booking.com
On the DAY of check-in, at 12:30pm (less than 2 hours before my arrival) I receive an email that there is a modification to the amount I'm expected to pay on Booking.com. It's now 1,500,000 won. Over 3 times the price I agreed to when I booked the room. Obviously on the day of, it's too late to cancel. Too late to change plans and look elsewhere.
I contact Booking.com who gets in contact with the Property Owner *who still refuses to honor the agreed upon fare*!
At that point I was stuck. Pay the scam price, or try to find somewhere with availability night of. I paid the scam price. They *did* upgrade my room to a family size room (for just 1 person?) which I just interpret as an admission of guilt.
This is a scam that is intended to draw in tourists and bait and switch the price where they think they won't notice the difference. I can swing the extra $40, I'm lucky. But many people can't, and this would really be a huge setback for them. It's sick, and I hope they go out of business.

Avoid this filthy hotel !

We had booked to stay here for 6 nights but managed only 1. The room was large enough but there was a stench of urine and the bathroom was not clean - no soap at the sink and a dirty towel to stand on
Instead of a bath mat . I nearly fell off the toilet seat which was not fixed to the toilet and when o told them they said I’d have to pay for it ! That turned out to be a misunderstanding and I wasn’t charged . The carpet in the hallway was filthy and heavily stained and the sage in the room was a box with no lock so was completely useless and TV was basic .
They also wanted us to pay in cash and kept our passports overnight which I was not comfortable with . Best advice for this hotel -AVOID at all costs and don’t be fooled by the staged photos and inviting videos …

Unclean rooms and does not look like the pictures

Room was very dirty, sheets were not changed. The overall cleanliness was not great. We did not stay here after checking in and chose to stay in a different hotel. It does not look like the pictures at all. Do not stay here.
