Day in Ninh Binh + luggage storage

My three friends and I stored our luggage here as we did a self-organized day trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi before catching the sleeper train to Hue. The woman running the hotel was extremely friendly and drove us to two destinations. The food was delicious and there were options for vegetarians. Highly recommend this place!

Please do not stay here!

Do not stay here!! We are on our travels around SE Asia and are trying to stay in cheap accommodations but this was not okay. We were meant to stay here for 2 nights and ended up being there for about an hour before we moved hotels. When we arrived, the reception area was okay but the woman behind the desk (presumed owner) was quite rude and kept demanding the money. She then said our room number and didn’t give us a key and said she’d come up and give us it later. When we got to the room, there was no cover on the duvet and the room smelt awful. Upon further inspection, the bed was full of hair, stains and dirt. The bathroom towels were soaking and had horrible stains on them. Whilst we were looking for another hotel, the maintenance man let himself in and went into the bathroom to ‘fix’ the shower. This was overall the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel!

Disaster. Too bad.

The room has a unique decor, in fact it is a real shame to give it 2. But there was hair everywhere, in the sink, in the toilet. Clearly they didn't clean up. There was also hair in the bed and for the first time I was afraid to sleep in sheets that I think were used. I could have given more but the receptionist's treatment guaranteed two stars maximum. She treated us terrible both at check in and check out, as if she was annoyed by our presence. Do yourself a favor, take a night train and avoid having to sleep here, despite being next to the station, it is less clean than a train.

Best place by far in all vietnam

We came here twice and both visit were my best experience in all southeast Asia!! Hard working and nicest staff in ninh binh! Food, atmosphere and overall experience is great. You can’t go wrong by coming over here. The menu has a nice variety and is for everyone. Doesn’t matter if you are a meat enthusiast or vegetarian you’ll definitely find something that will please you. You got to come over here!!!

Super nice hotel

Super nice hotel. Very kind and friendly workers.
We were there for one night and they also drove us everywhere for an economic price.
Rooms were extremely big.
If I had to say smth bad it is the shower.
