Disgusting.
Upon finally getting into the room we found it to be filthy. The walls were smudged all over with dirty stains - the bed linen had mould on it - there were several long black hairs INSIDE one of the two beds - there were several long black hairs strewn across the floor - there was large amounts of dust collecting around the doors and window - the bathroom towels had brown stains on them and were paper thin - the plugs in the room did not work - the beds were as hard as bricks.
Of the 20+ places we have stayed in so far on our trip, this was the worst accommodation by a very long way.
We decided we could not stay in the hotel and upon trying to leave the female owner and her very abrasive colleague forced us to pay the full price of the room for two nights, despite us being provided with a filthy room and poor service. We explained to them that we had shown up and had not cancelled at last minute so we had not breached any contract, but that they had breached a contract by providing a service much poorer than that listed on booking.com but they were only interested in getting our cash. We found a much larger, clean room around the corner which cost less money!
All of our accommodations have been budget, budget doesn't mean dirty.
I would have given the hotel zero stars if possible.

Avoid at all costs
Rooms are filthy, sheets stained, wifi iffy at best. All of which would have be ok if they hadn't charged us almost triple what the hotel across the road would charge. Unfortunately we stayed during lunar new year so had no choice but to stick with our booking. Whilst we stayed we witness numerous people arriving at the property, some who had already put down deposits, to not have their booking honoured and ignored by the manager.
We requested an early check out as we are that unhappy and know that they would be able to sell the room. Instead of giving us a yes or no answer he kept us waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Still made time for lots of cigarette breaks though!
Avoid at all costs, nha trang is packed with hotels offering a much nicer stay at a lower price.
I would give this no stars if it was an option!

Worst hotel ever
All the personnels of the hotel is this couple. During the day he is smoking and the women she is busy eating or sallying her disgusting coffee to Vietnamese worker.
The room is never clean as we know it in North America.
Hot water you have only when it sunny out side, in the morning and evening you don't have hot water no sun.
I can continue on and on just forget from this hotel there are so many other hotel that really worth your $.
