Great location, excellent service, good price

Great hotel with prime location, very closed to local market called “Cai Dam” with seafood & specialities. You can walk from the hotel to the beach. The hotel is clean, neat, staff is so friendly & well service minded. Very polite & caring staffs. Would recommend to everyone who need a great for work or travel around Ha Long City

New and clean hotel with good service.

Very good service, nice breakfast served into our room. Clean rooms.They really cared about us,helped us with ordering taxi and other stuff too.
Wifi could be stronger, didn't work properly in our room. We recommend this place!

Perfect Value Hotel... awesome receptionist “Thrang”

We chose to stay there during Chinese New Year whereas everything were closed because of big celebration. However everything went well and organised by Thrang for us to enjoy memorable Halong Bay Trip. She is a very helpful and professional one.
Rooms are value for money, clean, tidy and located in nice location. We would definitely recommend .

Excellent service

I am not hesitative to rate 5 stars for Phoenix Hotel. I was recommended about Phoenix which is the newest and most amazing furnished hotel in Halong and my decision was right. My room was very clean and neat that makes me feel like home. People were so friendly and helpful. Service here was worthwhile the price. I will definitely come back next time.

Stayed at the Phoenix Hotel
It was great value for money and excellent services...neat and clean rooms...good location and english speaking hosts
I greatly reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting Halong Bay
