KỲ NGHỈ TUYỆT VỜI VÀ BẤT NGỜ TẠI THƯ DUY RESORT
Ấn tượng đầu tiên của đoàn mình là resort rất rộng, khuôn viên sạch sẽ, xanh mát và có cả xe điện đưa đi tham quan.
Resort có khu vui chơi, vườn rau, công viên nước, hồ sen, đặc biệt dàn karaoke hát hay lại còn free nữa
Đồ ăn, thức uống rất ngon và giá rẻ.
Phòng đẹp, rộng và tiện nghi
Các bạn nhân viên từ lễ tân, nhà hàng, bảo vệ, buồng phòng đều vô cùng thân thiện, vui vẻ và luôn luôn hỗ trợ khách. Đây là điều mà tất cả thành viên trong đoàn mình đều công nhận và cảm thấy rất hạnh phúc khi được lưu trú tại resrot.
Sau chuyến đi mình đã giới thiệu cho rất nhiều bạn bè mình đến đây, hy vọng resort sẽ luôn mang đến những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời cho du khách giống như đoàn mình đã có được tại đây.

Very Disappointing Resort
Liked · Booked a 3 night stay, expected a resort, instead got a place with only 16 bungalows, and nothing I would consider as a resort. They had a "water park" but it appeared as if only the pool was operational. We cancelled and got a refund on the 3rd night when we found out there was a wedding party going to go until 10pm or later with the DJ/Loud Music only 20 meters from our room. Testing the system at 3pm drove us out. Nice fish pond and gardens.
Disliked · The bungalows are badly in need of repairs and updating. The woodwork hasn't been cleaned, waxed, repaired in years. The bathroom floor and walls were stained with salt (from water softener i guess). The floor in the bungalow had been covered with carpet to coverup it's unevenness, rather than repairing the floor.. The restaurant was really just a couple of table around the bar. If you order anything except soup, i.e. seafood (funny Ca Mau is famous for it) they have to send out to another restaurant. The pool was clean except no chairs, umbrellas or pool towels. You either swim, or go somewhere else to sit (room, bar). They offered no resort services (like Spa, Massage, etc.) The restaurant show in the pictures is only used for parties. Breakfast was a choice of a bowl of soup, or 2 eggs and bread. 1 small cup of coffee. 2nd cup of coffee or fruit juice was extra. In addition there was construction going on with a jack hammer going from 8am to 5pm and a 2PM a large loader/jackhammer started up on their entrance roadway. Housekeeping called us while we were out asking for permission to clean the room (which we agreed to). When we returned 4 hrs later they hadn't touch the room. Excuse was they were very busy, except on 4 bungalows were in use. Did come right away, replaced bed linens, new towels, didn't clean the floor, mopped bathroom with dirty water from cleaning other rooms. I don't understand how this place has such high reviews.

Very nice resort but...
Resort built in a strange way:
1. The accommodation part is superb. Magnificent, well-maintained bungalows, clean without too much overlooking, in a carefully maintained park. Wifi working well. Bathroom small but sufficient.
2. The catering part, however, is disappointing: under an octagonal hall - it looks a bit like a station hall. A la carte breakfast with very little choice, especially for Westerners! We would have liked a buffet. The catering prices are very moderate (a nice surprise) and the dishes are excellent.
3. Unfortunately, there is worse: a building resembling a gymnasium, hideous as hell, a water amusement park next door and a neoclassical style building which spoils the landscape. Fortunately, there was no reception, and only karaoke once. The reception is built in a fake cave, kitsch as can be.
The staff speak little English (including at reception) but are lovely and helpful.
Be careful, the resort is very out of the center (7km from the town of Cà Mau).
Finally, the resort put us in touch with a local tour operator to visit the surrounding area: mangroves, national park etc.
Note that the Cà Mau floating market has been canceled since COVID.
In summary: mixed opinion but VERY GOOD for the accommodation part.

Trải nghiệm không gian trong lành và nghe tiếng chim hót
Resort rộng rãi, thoáng mát và không gian trong lành, gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Là khu phức hợp vui chơi của nghĩ dưỡng, vui chơi, giải trí, cafe, nhà hàng. Cám ơn resort đã tạo khu nghỉ ngơi đẳng cấp tạo công việc làm cho người địa phương.
Nhân viên phục vụ thân thiện, lịch thiệp mang nét đặc trưng của người miền tây.
Tuy nhiên, resort nên chăm chút hơn về dịch vụ phòng nghỉ của khách hơn sẽ mang lại trải nghiệm tuyệt cho khách lưu trú tại mảnh đất Cà Mau xinh đẹp với dịch vụ đẳng cấp và cũng như nên training cho các bạn nhân viên với cách phục cao cấp hơn để gia tăng giá trị dịch vụ và làm lượng khách quay trở lại nhiều hơn.
Chúc resort phát triển và thành công hơn nữa trong tương lai

Rất hài lòng
Rất hài lòng về thời gian nghỉ tại đây, resort có không gian thiết kế khá đẹp, có nhiều mảng xanh, giá cả hợp lý, các bạn nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp đến Cà Mau.
