Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the reply was fully booked. I was tired to argue for more. On our way out, we saw lots of empty rooms, empty cabins, empty bungalows. So I really didn't get it. Maybe I was misunderstood? Anyways, the place is not near the whitesand or redsand dune which the website claimed they are.

HOTEL AT THE BEST

We booked a bungalow from 16.5 to 29
5(13 night) on BB basis.We booked the hotel parelal to an ATF tennis tournament which held at novaworld tennis courts .The cheek in was smooth and cottage 1178 was given .The given cottage was clean and tidy
TV and AC was working properly .The mini refrigerator was an asset as the same helped the tennis player to keep his hydration drinks in a cooler .
The breakfast has a buffet which change every day
The sprad was quite good with fruits and cakes for dessert.
The hotel gives a buggy service which is very useful to travel from and to from the cottage
The room used to clean every day while providing water bottles which was very useful.
The cheek out too smooth
English speaking was not a barrier as most of the in house staff can understand what we say
Google translate app was useful tool for communication with all.
All in all it was a pleasure stay

Staying at K-Town Resort

Suitable for those who like relaxing and relaxing.
Small rooms designed in the style of ancient Korean villages.
- Great service, lovely enthusiastic staff.
- Located a little far from the sea but in return there is a full pool restaurant amenities.

My family enjoyed stay 2 nights, with dining at resort. We also liked the environment, so we could transport by waling or electric car with request. We went to Dino Park and Safari 2 times in 3 days, my boys loved it. The foods were good in their price, we ordered to our room and went to their restaurant to have dinner.

A suitable resort for those who want to find a quiet place

First time here and very satisfied with the cleanliness, service attitude of the staff.
The atmosphere here is very fresh and the quiet scene is very suitable for relaxation.
