Chúng tôi rất tiếc khi biết rằng kỳ nghỉ của Quý khách chưa thật sự trọn vẹn như mong đợi. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi xin phép được chia sẻ một vài thông tin để làm rõ và giúp các khách hàng khác có cái nhìn khách quan hơn:
Về nhận phòng: Chúng tôi áp dụng hình thức tự check-in và luôn gửi hướng dẫn chi tiết đến khách trước ngày đến. Trường hợp này, dù Quý khách chưa kịp đọc tin nhắn, chúng tôi đã hỗ trợ ngay lập tức và chỉ mất vài phút để hoàn tất thủ tục nhận phòng.
Về loại phòng: Phòng đặt là "Double hoặc Twin" – thông tin này được ghi rõ trong mô tả. Tuy nhiên, khi Quý khách có phản hồi, chúng tôi đã hỗ trợ đổi và nâng hạng phòng miễn phí để đảm bảo sự thoải mái nhất.
Về sự cố phát sinh: Sau khi nhận phòng, một số vật dụng trong phòng bị hư hỏng, và Quý khách rời đi mà không báo lại. Chúng tôi đã cố gắng liên hệ để làm rõ và hỗ trợ thêm, nhưng rất tiếc là không nhận được phản hồi.
