Disillusionment with Great Expectations
Improvable faults: no sign, no pointing to be able to reach (asking or with the gps), the facilities neglected by lack of cleaning, ZERO supervision, since we arrived offer nothing if you do not ask, no attention to the cost, only serve you water in the 3 meals, the rest is additional. No choice in menus, repetitive breakfasts.
I imagine there are better or equal options at better prices.

Excellent! Although some small details need to be improved
The first impression is that to arrive you have no notice of the location we had to ask to know exactly the place.
We arrived before 9 am and were greeted kindly by the lady who helps in cleaning rooms. As we toured the place, especially the pool area we saw it very dirty with many leaves. I also asked if they were going to clean it and indeed they did. I think by that time they were just on the cleaning operation because the rest of the stay was perfectly. Which indicates it's a day preparation issue. The pre-breakfast they offer is at 8:30 am should be considered doing it earlier by topic of people who get up earlier.
Exquisite food! Although at breakfast there is not much variety and small arepas. At dinner although they are said to include everything, drinks do not. It would be important to indicate that when offering the package because the offer is that it includes everythingooo and at dinner they put is water.
On the first day of the beach there were only Ligh beers left although the offer was 4 per person after the 3rd beer indicated that they only had that type.
The second day at lunch there was no dessert on the beach.
I asked them twice that with the dessert of dinner on the second day they took it with a Candle to sing birthday, I spoke since I arrived and then the same Saturday and the dessert arrived with nothing. I mean, no birthday singing. Dessert is shared should not be. Watch that because the first day is a miniature chocolate tasting.
That is, they are details that make a difference.
With regard to the service they are very good. They have wonderful Merida staff internships
They should also offer snorkeling lenses as extra activities on the beach.
In the rooms the area where the hammock is lacking maintenance. They've got a high grade.
The beds although comfortable are small are not queen size but matrimonial.
At the entrance outside that is stone they could place mattes to decorate and make it look prettier.
Finally the bikes they offer are quite heavy and old no longer have even the baskets seen in the pictures.
But despite those details, the experience went super well in general, if I went back to Choroni I would surely repeat there and hopefully they can make those small improvements to keep recommending widely.
