Toilet too small

The hotel lobby is small but has a nicely decorated restaurant.
Room is basic with a very small toilet. Cleanliness of room is unsatisfactory.
Takeaway menu from a japanese restaurant is provided in the room.
Breakfast buffet selection is basic.

Disgusting.

It's disgusting. I don't advise anyone! Came to the hotel on a tour trip and did not know the name of the hotel in advance. The TV's down! Air conditioning too - works in the same mode at 17 degrees (all frozen). Bath and toilet are separate stories. It is impossible to sit on the toilet - as you rest your knees in the sink. Hands are given 1 small bottle of shampoo and shower gel . There's nothing else. It's even scary to go to breakfast. Nearby is a hostel - the people live there gang

Hotel good/ kitchen can be improved

The hotel and spa are very good. The rooms are beautiful. But the kitchen is lacking. Long wait from ordering to eating (we waited 45 minutes to almost an hour). The shashlik was not from the kitchen, but from the shashlik stand next door.
