The hotel has removed its name from the facade and only has reviews starting September 2025.
Our room was tiny, with a balcony full of leftover food, overlooking an indoor foyer.
Walls were paper-thin — we constantly heard staff shouting and laughing.
The bathtub was the smallest I’ve ever seen, with worse water pressure than on the train we arrived in.
No hairdryer (they claimed another guest was using the only one available).
No remote control for the TV or air conditioning.
Breakfast was nothing like the photos advertised.
Finally, at checkout, they demanded $58 instead of the agreed $22, claiming we were in a “deluxe section.” That’s absurd for the state of the room and facilities. We disputed, and only then did they back down, admitting no one had ever informed us about two “sections” or extra charges.
⚠️ Avoid this place — dishonest practices and terrible value for money.

タシュケント空港ピックアップサービスを頼んだはずなのに、空港には現れず。 悪名高きぼったくりタクシーを利用するしかなく、尚且つロッテホテルに連れていかれた。
