Nice low-cost hotel with convenient location

Tinchlick Metro is 5 minutes' walk. The subway has a supermarket, a couple of little shops on the way from the subway to the hotel. The room is comfortable for everyone: the furniture and plumbing are in good condition and functional. They give you 2 bottles of water upon arrival. There's a kettle and tea bags. Room (double standard) has fridge, TV, safe, ironing board. Slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush and paste, soap are provided. Enough outlets, there are usb ports. Cleaning is daily, but it was surprising that the foot towel left on the floor during the 3 night stay was never changed. The hand towel was changed daily. Breakfast is not "rich", but sufficient: porridge, eggs, sausages, one type of cheese and sausage each, muesli, cookies, vegetables. Good coffee. The staff is responsive. Impressions are good, I'll keep the hotel in mind for the future
My room (305) had a feature: it was basically missing a window. The window and balcony door overlooked the wall of the common balcony, meaning there was no view as such. On the way out to the balcony shared with the next room, there was a window on the left, my room was given a little light.

I booked one king size bedroom but they gave me room two saparate twin size beds room. They told me only they have that room.

Can be better-

Rooms are not done unless specifically requested. We stayed 6 days & breakfast needed some variations. While the market has awesome cheap fruits, none was available at breakfast. No pool, no restaurant very minimal. Thank you, Ms. Mushtariy for all the help at the reception for guidance to different places to explore and arranging taxi for us. Also, listening and being pro active.

Nice hotel.

The hotel is nice, were in rooms on the 1.4 and 5 floors, on the 5th floor was most comfortable.
Clear, there are bathrobes and bathroom fill, including dental kits.
The staff is polite, sympathetic.
By the way, this hotel has its own man-changer, which was very convenient. The course is tolerable.
What's frustrating is the breakfasts: the coffee machine is one, there's not always a line outside ((
Porridge on the water (why???) and in general is kind of scarce..
Although the girls from the kitchen are very sympathetic and smiley))
Anyway, they'd have to sort out the breakfasts-- and they'll be fine!
By the way, opposite there is a family restaurant Darya (seemed to spell it correctly), that's where the prices are very good and norms! But without alcohol (but we brought with us in a bottle of minerals, drank from their glasses, made no remarks to us, because we were not violent).
Nearby metro station, Chorsu market is one (sort of) stop, Tashkent city mol and about three.

Clean, Modern, and Comfortable Stay

The hotel was very clean, cozy, and had a modern look and feel. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall.
The only downside is the location. While the hotel itself is great, there isn’t much to do within walking distance. You’ll need transport to reach areas with food, attractions, or other points of interest.
Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, with very little variety, which was a bit disappointing compared to the overall standard of the hotel.
That said, if you don’t mind a short drive to get around, it’s a great place to stay.
