"COMFORT AND PEACE"
Stayed at your hotel a second time. Second time speaks for itself.
The staff are very polite and always come to the rescue in any matter. Our departure from Tashkent was late and our room had to be vacated. We calmly left our belongings in the luggage room and throughout the day came to the hotel, relaxed, used water and toilet. It's a very warm environment. The hotel location is excellent, the subway is close. Who walks fast can be reached in 7 min. Beautiful park with lake and rides in 5 min. walk. The hotel is located just in the courtyard, not by the road itself, so it is quiet, birds sing, the road is inaudible. Breakfast (buffet) is very varied, we like Uzbek cuisine, it has everything. And lots of vegetables, meat cakes, stewed vegetables with meat and sweets are enough. There's a patio where you can sit at tables in the air. Thank you very much!

Our stay at this hotel in Tashkent was unfortunately a very negative experience.
From the moment we checked in, we were met by a receptionist who was unpleasant and unwelcoming. We were repeatedly asked to show a receipt from our previous hotel stay, and our passports were checked over and over again in a way that felt unnecessary and suspicious. This continued even after I had already provided my passport to confirm our reservation, making the check-in process stressful and unprofessional.
The room did not meet expectations either. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine and feces, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel’s website claims they provide daily cleaning, but during our three-day stay, no one came to clean the room.
The breakfast was also disappointing and far from what is shown in the pictures online. The selection and quality were much lower than expected.
Overall, we found the staff to be unfriendly, especially at the front desk. The level of service was far below what one should reasonably expect.
We unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The staff is friendly.
At check-in, they moved into the wrong (untidy) room. Okay, we went to eat, but it was already around 24h and if we wanted to go straight to bed, we'd have to wait.
No bedside table.
Overall room as room, overnight will go
Everything looks more beautiful in the photo on the card than it does in reality.

Nice and cozy hotel
Relaxed at the Diamond Hotel Tashkent from 7 to 14 March 2026.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport.
Within walking distance there is a subway (10-15 minutes), a park, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacies – all close by.
The hotel itself is very comfortable, hearty breakfasts (buffet), rooms are clean, cozy. The staff is friendly, sympathetic, always available to help with any questions. All was well liked, except for the only "but" - the receptionist who worked on March 13 and 14 in the afternoon. As it happened, the wife suffered a leg injury (she was travelling in a wheelchair) and found it extremely difficult to go to the second floor. On March 12, we were promised to change our room from the second floor to the first floor on March 13 and 14. However, the above-mentioned employee not only refused us this, did not in any way help us up the stairs (just stood by and watched), but also offered a room on the third floor. Even our request to change our double room on the second floor to a vacant single room on the first floor was again refused, saying they had very bad beds and the two of us couldn't handle it. Offered to pay the money and put his wife alone in this room.

We have great stay at the hotel diamond. clean and homyy stuff are so kind especially the girl at reception Khadija helped us a lot with any questions i will come again here))
