Set back from the road.

Not very impressive small hotel. Room small with a small double bed with a single bed sheet that only just covers the mattress. Breakfasts OK air con poor and Wi-fi not good. Near to places to eat but have to cross a very busy road

What a post-Soviet dump

What can I say? We were served deep-fried chicken (cooked for about 3 hours) for an extortionate $5, had an open sewer running under the wet room floor in the bathroom, had very little water pressure, cockroaches, flaking paint & wallpaper, saggy mattresses - in fact everything you expect from a Soviet hotel that is desperately in need of renovation. Stay at one of the guest houses instead - you'll get a better class of accommodation, better food and it'll cost you a quarter of the price. Not impressed!

Не самый плохой отель

Впервые был здесь в 1997 - это был отель советского типа в худшем смысле этого словосочетания. Неуютно, шумно.
Были в прошлом году. Стоит отметить попытки измениться к лучшему, безусловно, предстоит еще много что сделать, но стало заметно лучше.
Не самый плохой вариант размещения в Самараканде, особенно если на короткий срок.
Совсем рядом, в пешей доступности одна из знаковых достопримечательностей города - площадь Регистан и другие достопримечательности.
