Great location, adequate price, very kind managers

Exquisite hospitality, central location, comfortable room for 4, air conditioning, shower and toilet separate. Great breakfast in the garden, plentiful, traditional.

Okay beds, tiny washroom, great hosts, great location

The location is great, close to amir timurs mausoleum. Room with 4 beds was comfortable though not great. Bathroom was a big issue. It was really tiny with a tiny wash basin and no space to take a shower unless you sat on the commode.
The hosts were great and personalized the stay with help in buying a local sim card and arranging taxis for tours.
Breakfast was mostly store bought uzbek somsa or baked stuff. The lady did prepare a kind of rice porridge.. The only hot item.
Breakfast could be better. But they let you use their kitchen if you want to make something of your own. I prepared 2 egg fries on my own.
Other than the washroom which is a big dampener, rest everything is great.
If you are'nt the bathing types, you ll find it great.
