Excellent service, sparkling clean rooms, and great breakfast – Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Kemrose Hotel in Fort Portal. From check-in to checkout, the experience was smooth and enjoyable.
The service was truly great. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Nothing felt like too much trouble.. The rooms were very clean and neatly organized, which made for a comfortable and relaxing environment. A special highlight was the in-room percolator, a thoughtful touch for anyone who enjoys brewing their own coffee or tea without having to leave the room.
The television worked perfectly (a basic but important comfort after a long day), and everything in the room was in good working order.
The Breakfast was of very good quality, with generous portions. Even better, they offer an à la carte menu option, giving you flexibility and choice rather than just a fixed set menu. That’s a level of service you don’t always find in hotels of this size.
My Verdict is, Kemrose Hotel delivers exactly what you want, cleanliness, working amenities, friendly staff, and good food. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Portal.

A perfect base to explore from

A fantastic hotel tot explore this beautiful region from. It was a joy to be able to return to the Kemrose after a day of travel and enjoy the comfort, great food and friendly staff it offers. It's a new hotel and everything is finished very well. No complaints at all. We hope to return in future

Nice and good!

We spent a fantastic New Year at this nice hotel located right on the edge of the action-packed city center. Friendly staff who are happy to give tips on attractions and exciting excursions. Last but not least - they have very comfortable beds!
