Maybe that is good for that price.

+ Helpfull staff, not too far from city center (if you are travelling by car), free parking and breakfast (croissant + cofee), no problem with check-in at night.
- No sleepers. Bad curtain in the shower (you can get all your bathroom floor wet).

Courteous and professional staff at Hindustan Beach Retreat, Varkala, Kerala, India.

The reception staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room was well appointed and clean. The view of the sea was enjoyable.....
The breakfast area was spacious and well arranged with a delectable array of food. Here too the staff was very attentive and professional.
I did not like one aspect, one grandmother was talking too loudly and disturbing the peace at the breakfast area!!
The towels provided for the beach were clean.
As another friend was joining us, the staff also obliged us immediately!
We really enjoyed the stay, Best of luck and keep up the high quality of service.

Really good price and quality combination, nice service.

Was there several times during 2013 year business trips as it is really useful for me. Location is really good if you drive from Kalush side. Nice friendly personal, good price, clean rooms. Beware motel is located far from the city centre so maybe despite it can be really useful for business people probably it is not so good for tourists looking for place near the sight-sees.

Мотельчик находится далековато от центра. На машине, конечно, это не долго. Но мы ехали минут 30 сначала на маршрутке от ж/д вокзала (хотя возможно это нам маршрут такой попался, более долгий) до автостанции, а потом еще минут 10-15 шли пешком. Нам попался номер №7. И он был грязный. На полу пыль и мелкий мусор. Явно давно не пылесосили. Приятнго мало. Заляпанные непонятно чем выключатели и батареи. Стаканы, что были в номере, тоже грязные. Воняли то ли вином, то ли пивом. После прошлых постояльцев их просто не помыли.В душевой кабинке отпадали куски краски и была видна ржавчина. Не смотря на то, что это был конец сентября в номере было очень холодно. Благо кондиционер работал исправно, его пришлось включить на тепло. Между дверью и полом - щель в 2 пальца толщиной, поэтому вы всегда знаете, когда по коридору кто-то идет и все слышите. Через эту же щель проникает и холод из коридора. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистыми. Приятная девушка на ресепшене. Без проблем выехали ночью.

Недорого и качественно

+ Без проблем заселили поздно вечером
+ Номер (одноместный) просторный, чистый, уютный
+ Ремонт и мебель в номере вполне себе современные
+ Бесплатный завтрак (круасан и кофе) в одном здании с мотелем
+ Вполне прилично и за демократическую цену можно поесть в здании мотеля. Мне предлагали пельмени, вареники и яичницу. Был только на одном завтраке, так что не знаю меняется ли меню в течении дня
+ Понравилось, что мыло жидкое с дозатором было возле раковины и в душевой кабинке
- Уж очень скрипучий попался матрас или сама кровать, за что и снизил оценку
