Good Hotel
Pros:
- Good location (~10 min walk from the Derybasivska Street);
- Free parking in front of the hotel;
- Polite staff;
- 24/24 reception;
- Very comfy rooms;
- Clean rooms;
Cons:
- Incomplete medical kit at the reception;
- Seemed that hotel staff isn't properly cooperating with the restaurant's one. Couldn't pre-order something from the restaurant in the room.

Stay away from this Hotel
STOLEN PLATE NUMBERS
We stayed at this property for 2 nights, during our check out we were “nicely surprised” to discover that our car parked 5 meters from the hotel had both plate numbers stolen with a phone nr. left for ransom demand!
Hotel manager was on the street while we discovered and for first 20 minutes I thought she was some random guest. Zero support, zero empathy, even claimed that we should not call the Police and better pay the ransom.
Concierge and all staff were so relaxed that made me believe they were together with thieves! Quite a coincidence to have them stolen right before check out (when they know that people are in a hurry and will more likely pay the ransom).
Moreover, concierge met us at our arrival and had no word of warning about such issues! In order to ultimately admit that they often have such cases happening in front of their hotel.
That was the last time I visited this hotel and this country!
Btw, for the money we spent there, you get x10 time the service in any other country (Turkey, Spain, Greece, Italy, etc.)

Flea at hotel, DO NOT STAY! NIGHTMARE!!!
I stay at Room 402, and once I got into bed, I got flea bites all over my body, I complained to the reception just one hour after I have checked in to my room and she refuses to change for me the room or to refund to me! No apologize, nothing! RUDE PEOPLE!!! At the end, I have no choice but to look for another hotel in the middle of the night! And I have to run everyday to the hotel to talk to the manager for a full refund and still nothing come out!!! Terrible experience and till now I still feel itchy even one week had been passed!!! NIGHTMARE!!!

We are very sorry that you had a negative impression about our hotel, as we are trying to help our guests as much as possible. But the hotel has no fleas. And you and I found out during your stay. We also offered you a room change, which you refused. You are returned 50% of the cost of the room.

Avoid sleeping at room 402,it has bed bugs
I stayed at this room on 08 September 2019 and was a victim of bed bugs who bite me at my stomach and foots at this room, avoid sleeping at this room at all cost!!! I saw the bugs biting me by using my mobile flash light, they were the size of a pin head and after realizing it's not a mosquitoes bit i run out of the room with all my belongings in the middle of the night looking for other hotel to sleep. I reported the problem to the receptionist before living but she was too tired and sleepy to care about my suffering and refused to refund my money back. The next day i came back to talk to the manager who ignored me and offered a 50% refund after a long argument. i refused and i told her that no matter if she refund to me or not i will alert other guests from staying at this room (no.402). I hope that by this post the hotel management will handle the bed bugs problem in this room instead of avoiding it and causing to other guests a great suffering as i had.

Poor
Been there short stay once before,it was ok... Made me feel this is the right place to stay in Odessa.
Coming to recent stay, 14nights by hotel.com , everything seemed to work well until check in.
I've got offered "better" room (read later below.) with better price. Sure its ok.. only liiitle thing worried me, to lose my loyalty points of Hotels.com silver.. 14nights there makes alot.
I told about my worry of that and reception told "its all ok". Must notice this point, I did not insist any offer or discount.
However finally room cost more than original ammount, but without collecting any loyalty points/nights. (Originally nightly rate was 1350 UAH, after "offer" was over 1800UAH, yes i do have screenprint of original infos).
I still did accept that because they kept say everything is ok.
Room was ...well, didnt much notice was it bigger than orginally booked one, maybe bathroom was(?), but even bathroom with cold water only ,first 3days was shitty. Every day something. No light, no warm water, towel rail was fully cold. We've run out of energy for all that.
Hotel hallways, corridors are nice decorated... Room as well, just poorly fixed parts around. Bathroom silicones, tap, heater thermostats (upsidedown). Two times they forgot bring us towels, what is quite irresponsible.
Own balcony for fresh air, but not able to keep it much open because tobacco smoke from down, inner yard or hallway outside.
Very loudly, lack of noice cancelation. Opposite big business building had some conversations using microphone during nighttime(!).
I travel alot, understand and polite manage things so far... Even now i just wait to get some sort of value or respect for longer stay.
Compromises plausable, even not searching them.
However, can not always work... But this time got just simply too much mess and obvious I will share it now, for you all fellow travellers don't make same mistake.
Some other differences compared to original info i had:
- Check out time. My info was 14.00/ 2pm. Hotel says 12/2, some other booking agencies told it's 13/1.
They rushed us out before 13... However it was big surprise (when asked late check out) that check out is not 14... It's 12. Got 1h extence until 13/1pm and still rushing away by phone call from reception.
- free breakfast, no.
- "bottled water" ...yes, one 0.5l bottle for 14 nights.
- service in restaurant ...walking in and first 1min few person there just staring at you, as make to feel "what are you doing here?", not welcoming, no will to service (reason we found and chose some nice restaurants, some of which you also able to find from my reviews.)
- 24h reception ...correct, in case if someone there is awake...
Long story short.
Do not accept any sort of own offers from them. Prefer not to stay at all.
Get better value for money to choose some hotel... Which is responsible hotel.
There is a lot of options in Odessa. Don't mess up your stay there by choosing this hotel as we did.
