Try it for yourself

After reading a few reviews I was a little concerned with the heating situation, as we have a round daughter and it being early January.
But we were not disappointed! The place is stunning, the staff super friendly and the room was very warm. They had left us an extra heater which we actually had to turn off through the night as we were too hot.
Sea facing rooms have the most amazing views. The weather was horrid which is to be expected at this time of year but we spent hours just watching the world go by, my daughter had a ball! Oh and the coffee machine is a lovely touch.
We hope to return

Mini hotel. Massive rooms.

Don't be put off by the unprepossessing location.
Huge bathroom with jacuzzi and bidet.
Good sized living room-should you need one.
Massive bedroom.
Lovely staff.
Marvellous natural omelet for breakfast.
And close to all of Odessa's many sights.
What more could you ask for?

Great Hotel!

Fantastic little hotel [just 7 rooms I think; 4 min walk away from the entrance to a large popular park along the coastline] in a quet location, rooms are LARGE and well soundproofed [there is a kiddie place next door, but I never heard any of them].
Little balcony for smoker upstairs. You can not see the sea from most rooms, but it did not bother me, besides you would be looking at the port with cranes, terminals for containers, etc.
Great breakfast here; the lady will make an omelette for you on the spot. Several juices to try, decent coffee [in the machine], meat slices, cheese, joghurt, etc. It is all there.
I stayed in room 104 [nearly 3 rooms in one!!], with a great and large hydrobath for two in the spacious bathroom. Large double bed too, comfy! You sleep well.
I also stayed in room 100 [on the ground floor], smaller as 104, but 100 has a fireplace! Albeit it was August when I was here and a fireplace is the last thing one needs! Anyway...
All in all, a great mini-hotel. A room in a place like this in Italy would set you back well over 100 Euro!
Oh yeah, cheap minibar service. Friendly staff. Taxis [cheap] always arrived fast when called from the reception.
Highly recommended hotel!!

A wonderful peaceful place for a romantic vacation!

Me and my husband stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 days at the begginning of November. The service, staff, the place itself were above all expectations. A very very nice place, calm, located near the sea port with sea view from every room. All main city's attractions are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Great breakfasts, huge rooms (we stayed in the standard room and it was about 50 sq.m), you don't even feel that you are staying at a hotel, it's more like staying at your friends' house by the sea. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!!! It was a great and enjoyable experience

Perlina/Pearl Hotel

Once we had found our way to the front door almost everything about this place was perfect; extremely friendly, competent and helpful staff, spacious well furnished rooms and decent breakfast. The interior design is Louis XIV meets Art Nouveau, not necessarily our cup of tea but the rooms were pleasant, light and uncluttered. The location is close to the park and handy for the Opera etc; the only drawbacks are its immediate surroundings (school and flats) that limit the views out to the Black Sea and the lack of any real outside space - but the park is very near. We would return without hesitation.
