Warm welcome at family run small hotel

Ideal place to stay for a few days R&R on the Black Sea coast. The hotel is within 10 minutes of the main pedestrian area in Arcadia, the restaurants and beach clubs but relatively tranquil (this is Ukraine - so construction work and noise from Ibiza club to be expected!)
The best thing is that this is a family run hotel with friendly hosts. Don’t expect English to be spoken but smiles and hospitality say it all. Breakfasts were fresh, beautifully cooked by the owner. There’s the possibility of meals but you can also use the guests’ kitchen and there’s BBQ equipment. Also there’s a small library with books in Russian and some in other languages.
Nice terrace with about 12 sun loungers, giving great view of banana boats for the holidaymakers and warships sailing in and out of Odessa harbour. Small pool (about 4x4 metres) was hot and more like a hot tub.
Very pleasant overall and I’m definitely pleased we picked For You.

Very Friendly staff and excellent customer service!!! Great views from 5th floor terrace!

I love this place, great food that Tatjana cooked herself, comfortable rooms and they even did our laundry. Swimming pool on the rooftop was great, friendly and lovely staff, family run hotel.Only 100 from Arkadia :)

Very Friendly staff and excellent customer service!!! Awesome view and location! Relaxing and very comfortable!

Felt at home the moment I stepped into the place.
Very Friendly and helpful staff!!! The only person that spoke English was Tamara, Igor, Michael and Tatiana didn't speak English but they made me feel warm and fuzzy.
Igor and Tatiana invited me to dinner, it felt like home away from home.
Outstanding customer service!!! Responded very quickly to my requests and enquiries. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the level provided as I needed as much help and support in settling in as non-native speaking foreigner.
From calling taxis, to ordering home delivery to literally showing me where the shops were located. Micheal drove me on his scooter.
Awesome view and location! Very close to mall, shops, amusement rides/entertainment and can walk along the beach.
Relaxing and very comfortable, the room had a cozy feel to it with a flat screen TV (can swivel) and access to Youtube videos.
Tatiana is an excellent cook. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money!!!

hidden gem

Family run hotel a few hundred meters from Arkadia beach. Staff are lovely and going out of their way to help, breakfast is home made and available till late (we went at 13.00 h). Rooms come with a fridge and cood A/C. Views from the breakfas terrace are lovely...very good place with good price

Great hospitality, excellent location

This is beautiful family-owned hotel just near Arcadia district. Walking distance to busy nightlife. To city center take a taxi. Stunning sea view from private terrace. Very clean and well-kept rooms. Price is reasonable for a quality you receive. And finally hosts are very good people
