Great donuts
Great coffee and the best donuts, so fresh! Just a small coffee shop which is slightly out of the way if you don't give it a try your missing out.

For pretty much the most part, absolutely superb!
Recently stayed in this hotel, and had a wonderful time!
Stayed in 3 different rooms, so will tailor my review slightly to take into account of all.
Really loved the vinyl player in the rooms, a great unique touch! All rooms totally per the pictures advertised!
Jon Lennon certainly suffers as the hotel is aware from with sound issues. The stairs above the room really hinders the room, so I was quite pleased to leave it. Otherwise, the room was marvelous!
Lenny Kravetz was absolutely, out of this world! The view, everything. Magical.
Bob Marley was also a great room in its own right, problem it had for me, was I stayed in the Lenny room the night before - which how you beat - I don't know!
Such a unique hotel with plenty going for it!
Breakfast fantastic. Great options, well cooked, looked exactly like the photos too. Rare.
Location a little bit of a pain if being truthful, but workable.

The best place I've ever stayed in Ukraine
I definitely can call this hotel the best place I stayed in Ukraine so far. They provide an excellent service which is available 24 hours. The room design is very unique. Music lovers will be surprised by a vinyl records library and the ability to listen to it in your private room. Very convenient location.
This hotel is a must for visiting Odessa. Thanks, guys! You rock

Good, but less than expected
Arrival:
Googlemaps, Waze or regular Toyota navigator won’t help you to find the hotel. We managed to follow Marshal Govorov street down to Arcadia and turn right immediately after the shop “Blesk I Vedro”. There is a small sign toward the hotel. Another one down the narrow slope to the building complex “Armejski”. The guards on the gate allowed us to pass through, warning that we have 15 minutes to get away from the yard. On the 16 floor I was given the pass to the underground parking.
The hotel
The hotel is more like a big-big apartment divided on smaller rooms. We had John Lennon and Elvis Presley rooms. The last doesn’t have windows, thus our daughter spent all the time in our room. John Lennon has a large panoramic window and faces some part of Odessa and the opposite building. I hope nobody cared watching us going out of the bath or having some joy. The window doesn’t have the net, so there were some flies in the room.
We really liked the old record-player and even tried to listen “imagine”. Unfortunately with no success - there was something wrong with the record-player, the song was spoiled by artifacts.
The bed was too soft for us. The shower good enough, although there were no cream or lotion for body, no conditioner for the hair.
The breakfast was not sufficient. Strange combinations of different ingredients. We failed to choose good options.
No table bar. Not the best coffee. After this “breakfast” we had to have another one downtown.
The service was extremely friendly!
The location is complicated. Taxi drivers find it difficult to find. There is a huge park nearby, but nothing more.
Summary:
It is a good small hotel for an overnight stay. Not good option for long-stay.

Wonderful modern boutique hotel
We stayed in the Lenny Gravitz room for 6 nights last week. It was a fabulous light, airy & modern room with all mod cons. The staff were incredibly helpful & the hotel is well located close to beach (20 minute walk) & between the city centre. Good breakfast, with very clean & modern rooms. Would highly recommend!
