Impressions are positive. We recommend the Arcadia Hotel to all friends.
The hotel is very cozy, clean. The location is convenient, near the shopping mall, to the sea walk for 15-20 minutes. Room is clean, comfortable, has air conditioning, fridge. The water quality was amazing. After showering, the hair is very soft and fluffy. I didn't have to apply hair conditioner. Nice reception staff. Everybody's very pleased.

Modest and tasteful
Everything you need, nothing extra. Going to the hotel really gives you a break from a busy day; nothing strains your attention. The room is very thoughtful in terms of comfort. The business at the hotel was excellent. Clean, everything intact. Of course, there are certain shortcomings if you look (there was even torn wallpaper, and under my favorite chair the leg came unglued). There was not enough curtain in the bathroom. Great breakfast. It is easy to breathe, there are no foreign odors.

Super vacation
Excellent hotel, I liked everything, friendly staff. When we looked at the room upon arrival, there was no kettle, we went down to ask the girls at the reception and 5 minutes later returned to the room - there was already a kettle. Although it’s a small thing, it’s nice. Thank you very much)) we will come to you again)))

LAZY NIGHT SHIFT RECEPTIONIST
The welcome at check in was not one of the best
My friend and I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the receptionist miss Ecaterina a little asleep did not treat us very well.
She turned out to be very lazy and not attached to her work
She didn't even give a smile to us
Hand down to her
VICEVERSA the day shift receptionist miss Elana very kind and welcoming person and always with a smile on her face ..
she is very good at speaking English and Italian too

Was not what I expected
I stayed in a junior suite, it's not what I expected it was more like a low cost can a place big price there are no plugins anywhere near the bed anywhere in the room where you sleep the TV was awfully it was fuzzy the pitcher. Extremely hard for being a junior suite there was only one air conditioner in the little sitting room. And it was way too small to cool the whole sweet. The cleaning staff wasn't so nice either I got chewed out by the cleaning staff I'm change the sheets every day because was so hot I was sweating so bad a sheet of be soaked by morning. And they were mad because I used all the towels all the time and what are you supposed to do it room is so hot. The kitchen wasn't open at Long good evening tell you it's closed. Food wasn't very good either not much on the menu. I need the breakfast buffet order twice I $3.50 American but if he wasn't worth it substandard. I want to ask you some water one of the waitresses said you're going to have to go outside and buy the water, I paid for the buffet yeah I did buy the water extra. Hotel itself is probably a 1-star to 0 star crown hotel. And when I was in your mini people are upset because he won't let them back in the room work your bookings were bad or mini problems. They we yelling at the guests saying it's not their problem you don't have to call the reservation department. I myself ready to a problem with this, They lock me on my room been hit my credit card on file, and when I want to talk to him about it they were very mean. I understand it wasn't their fault but they could have let me get into my room while I took care of the problem. I ended up sitting in waiting for like 3 hours in a lobby. So the hotel needs lot of work a complete remodel REdesign lowest price and get me stuff. Simon recommend anybody to stay at this hotel it's not worth problems.
