Прекрасный , чистый ,уютный отель. Персонал очень вежливый и профессиональный. Хочу отметить администратора Ольгу и Юлию, это волшебные феи, которые заботились о нас как о своих родных. Все на высшем уровне. Рекомендую и обязательно опять вернусь в этот отель.

Disgusting attitude on the front desk, forbidden in the 21st century to bring your own food and drink into a hotel - outrageous! Mini bar not available, drinking water not available, cold in rooms mid-October remote from air conditioning refused to give us! Parking no , smoking prohibited , animals prohibited , breathing also prohibited Shelter no from the word at all , the hotel is locked at night it violates safety regulations. The country is at war and the hotel conditions simply do not match the standard of accommodation of guests! For the capital of Ukraine - a shame!

Здравстуйте, на днях жили в отеле Бавария. Отель новый и всё очень чисто. Номер светлый и не навящевый. В проживание включён завтрак. Цены приятно удивили нас. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, с улыбкой встречал и провожал. Обазятельно приедем к Вам снова
