A lovely place to stay
I travelled to Mukachevo from Lviv by train and made a one night reservation to stay here as my onward train to Chop (and Hungary) was at 0516 in the morning. The lovely receptionist spoke reasonable English and next door was a super restaurant where I had a great meal.
The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable and I did have a great sleep. Despite my 0415 alarm and then the 0455 walk to my train, the same receptionist was awake to let me out of the hotel!
Very friendly and helpful place and don’t be afraid to travel to Ukraine (West) as it is fine and also the staff and country need all the tourism they can get! Highly recommended

Great budget option not too far from the town centre
Although I arrived very early - around 8 am – we were given immediate access to the rooms, which is excellent service.
The room itself is small with a high window so it is impossible to see through it. Despite this one limitation it was clean with a friendly and the price was good. The window can be opened to admit fresh air, and in addition there is good air conditioning. Wi-Fi was fast and functioned perfectly for the whole stay. The shower was fine.
The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and helped with all questions.
One of the best features is the small restaurant right next door which is run by the same team. The breakfast was good and the one evening meal I had there was really excellent. I am always impressed by the quality of the cuisine in Ukraine.
To summarise – this was a good choice. I appreciated it that the hotel was very flexible and the rooms themselves are all you need when you need to relax and sleep after a long day discovering the town, the castle and the nature around Mukachevo.
