Turning off the main road into the car park, I immediately felt I had made a good choice of hotel, with the clean, block-paved parking area, well tended flower beds, etc. In this respect, it does stand out from many places. I went through the usual formalities during check-in, which was efficiently done by the pleasant (and English speaking) receptionist.
I had booked a standard suite. They are the same price as the duplex suites available but looked larger from the photos, with the duplex was shown as being in the under roof space. On opening the door to my room, I discovered a duplex (nothing explained at reception). However, I cannot say I was disappointed at all. It was a very nice room, as well as being clean and reasonably well appointed. I had a comfortable and undisturbed night’s sleep, despite the proximity to the main road.
In common with many places in Ukraine, I had made my breakfast choice the evening before. I did ask to start breakfast a short while before the indicated opening hours of the restaurant and the request was accepted. Unfortunately, the weather was not good as the clean and comfortable restaurant also has a small external seating area. Though the view of the main road is not the best in the world, I could imagine it still being a nice place to sit in good weather.
Breakfast was a fairly simple affair of some cuts of meat, tomato and cucumber with a bread roll, followed by a mushroom omelette. One cup of coffee served individually and before anything else arrived but no juice. Simple breakfast but everything was well done. If any complaint (beyond the lack of juice and insufficient coffee), it was that the wait between finishing meat and receiving omelette was a little on the long side.
A very nice hotel which I can see myself using again

Погуляли по Львову и вернулись на авто в отель.
Сам отель чистый и аккуратный. Персонал приветливый и внимательный.
