The best value, accommodations and staff

Friendly English-speaking staff, modern, clean and newly furnished rooms at reasonable rates. Great shopping location for groceries, clothes and all your needs. I highly recommend Urban Hotel, Lviv, Ukraine.

“Clean and nice place”

Perfect hotel.
Nice place to stay for a few days.
Business trip.
Clean, hot water, nice staff.
Beds in room was comfortable.
This summer, I will came back and stay for a one week.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again.

Nice hotel - good for business trips

Well, this hotel has a good location, good service, good prices (really low) ... and awful soundproofing. However, if you either have deep sleep or use earplugs you will feel comfortable. Rooms are clean, linens are not overlaundered, service is helpful. So, I could recommend it for business trips, for example.

not bad

So thin walls so you can hear your neighbors and their tv.
No Mirror, except bathroom.
Ventilation doesn't work at shower.
One button switching on/off light on all room and corridor.
No double beds.
No fridge, no hair drier in the room.but you can ask for it on reception.
But:
New, clean, nice stuff and silence district.
Location not good if you don't have car.
But if you do - you will have free parking

Clean and nice people

It is a very clean hotel. The people working are very kind and helpful. I stayed about 1 week and didn't see anything wrong. It looks far from the city center but there are buses in everytime. It is also near the big shopping center Victoria Garden. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you soon again.
