Great stay

This is a great hotel, we are very satisfied with our choice. The breakfast, room, and spa were all amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice during our vacation. The first time was for a few days and the second time for a week. We had amazing stays both times. The spa area was really great as well! The cafe they had there, as well as the service, was amazing!

Not Acceptable as a Business Hotel

Unfortunately not geared for business trips. Breakfast begins at 08:00, far too late for useful purposes. Opening hours of gym seem erratic, needed to request opening my staff at front desk one morning. Also gym was shut down by 21:00 one night, I needed to plug in running machine and open the joint up to use it. No hot water one early morning, maybe it’s only turned on. Around 6:00? Good rates for tourism but sadly just doesn’t meet acceptable standards for a business venue.

Fabulous

This was our 5th time staying at the Taurus. Each time is as good as the last. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great room lovely food and wonderful spa. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay very enjoyable

Really strange service approach

I called SPA centre , everything seemed ok but they insisted on purchasing one treatment with saunas use. None of them were suitable for me but i agreed to pay anyway just to have access to the sauna. To my huge surprise, they said you MUST use the treatment , just paying for it us not good enough. Very Soviet approach, i won't consider using their services in the future.

The worst hotel experience in a decade!

This is unfunny joke that this hotel has 4 stars.
Breakfast was absolutely horrible
for ex. fake scrumbled eggs (waiter did confirmed that), ugly and really untasty every bit of everything I tried:
-coffee it tastes sour and weak,
-hot boiled eggs were obviously boiled way too long as the yolk was green on the edges,
-tasteless cheeses,
-cheap supermarket-like vegetables,
-very untasty chemical bread,
-disgusting chemical stuffed buns, cheapest type,
-even green tea is "flavoured"!!!
I didn't even try the meat dishes but they were looking cheap and my friend confirmed they weren't good as well.
Breakfast is being served 7-10AM which is way too short, but maybe for the best as it is so disgusting!!!
Another thing was the water in my room - my shower at 9AM was cold!!! There was no hot water!!!
What a disaster, I wish I had my money being returned after the first day, so I could go to a real hotel.
