Great hotel near centre in Lviv

Super nice hotel. Here are lovely rooms, good location, parking possibilities, spa with various things and the possibility of sunbathing and swimming. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
A few small minus:
- The orange juice for breakfast was not good
- the lighting can sometimes be in the lower edge.
- the buttons for the elevators work poorly.
- hard to find around in the spa area, and the cold pool should be much cooler.
But overall still a five-star experience!

A new modern hotel, but generally too dark.

This is a hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms with good standard and nice bathroom and generally well managed. However on my floor you only have roof windows that only can be opened with difficulty. This should be noted. The bed was also far too hard. The hotel is generally very dark, little liughtning in common areas and in room. This is apparently the style but not good for my eyes.

...A bit more Breakfast Staff Loving Please! Otherwise lovely hotel..I will return!

Arrived into Lviv Train Station at 5am from Krakow! So tired, had a snack and took Taxi to this Hotel. I was amazed how the Hotel let us check-in at 7.30am..BIG THANK YOU! The Reception was welcoming and so was the Receptionist. The rooms are lovely and spot on! The corridors are a bit dark, but funky! The Spa is so nice - so make sure on a Sunday you make it before 1pm as they close then. The Spa is a little indoor walk from the Hotel corridor - funny to parade through the Gym in a Bathrobe! My friend and I slept well! The Breakfast is the let down to be honest. The Breakfast room is lovely, but the inattentive breakfast staff member needs more customer service training as when we asked for Cappuccinos he didn't look very happy as it looked more of a chore. I suggest a Coffee Machine for guests to help themselves. We had Brussels Sprouts for Breakfast - Bizzare! The Breakfast is simple and could be better. The location is so easy for the charming city - just 10 minute walk to the busy old city. I will come back - price is nice!

Road Trip - Night at LVIV

We stayed one night (20 August) in this very nice hotel well equiped. We had a spacious and confortable room. Front desk people were very nice. We ate in the restaurant and the food was quite good. However we were surprised to not have the dessert menu and we feel the waitress was impatient we finished.
