Very bad

They have a terrible service approach; their houses are neglected, the cleaners who come to your house are disrespectful, and they charge high prices for poor quality service!!

Reception staff are trivially unaware of what a "hygienic shower" is. Accordingly, it was not possible to order a room with availability. Please explain to them what a plumbing miracle it is.

The worst apartments

I advise you to avoid these apartments! The price does not correspond to the quality at all!
1) Brown water came from the tap, it was disgusting to wash in this water, it periodically turned yellow, but the water was dirty all 7 days of my stay!! I left a complaint, but they said it was a central water supply and they couldn’t fix anything!
2) The mattress was the worst thing that was in this apartment, it was old, all stained, with bulging springs, it made my back hurt as if someone had been hitting me with sticks all night, I left a complaint, again, nothing was fixed!
3) the bed linen was dirty and stained, and I found a long black hair in it, although I am blonde!
4) in 7 days they cleaned only once; they only provided one roll of toilet paper, which ran out every other day!
5) the walls are cardboard, so you could hear all the conversations and screams of the neighbors, it was impossible to sleep, and the neighbors also turned out to be somehow inadequate, shouting obscenities and fighting among themselves, I was about to call the police somehow!
It’s a shame that I didn’t read a truthful review about these apartments before moving in, I hope my review will save someone from a ruined stay!!

Everything is fine

Positive emotions - polite staff and friendly technical staff. No complaints.... When it got a little cold - they turned on the heater... There are dishes - there is a cooler - everything is good - I liked it... When the need arises, I will contact you again. Thank you
