Great budget hotel.

Amazing staff, excellent food, clean. They could not have been more accommodating. Inexpensive. Walls a bit thin. Close to central train station. Great views of Kyiv. Laundry service. Lots of excellent restaurants and an indoor mall nearby.

No respect

It’s 11 pm all I can hear are the couple next door arguing, probably in Russian
Walls are like paper, I’m five doors away from reception and no one gives a damn
Avoid if u want any sleep

Budget hotel near train station

Budget hotel near the train station, normal rooms, good service. Ok breakfast. All what you need by affordable price. I could recomend this hotel if you need to catch an early train or the train to the airport

Great stay

Booked 3 premium Double rooms, a little more expensive but NOT that much. We were pleasantly surprised, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The beds are big and very comfortable.
The hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing, the train station, metro station and bus station just 5 minutes stroll up the road.
All staff pleasant and spoke good English.
Corridors are a little dated but that adds to the charm.
Breakfast was good we had croissant with cheese and ham then porridge then eggs, you can make toast too. Tea and coffee as much as you like.
Hotel bar is 24 hour and great for a night cap before bed. It is cheap prices too.
The only downside is that there isn't any kettle in the room to make tea and coffee.
All in all we had a great stay at this hotel.
Would I recommend this hotel???? Yes I would

A good base

The hotel room was cheap and lived up to it’s price.
Didn’t pay for a window but oddly had one that was boarded up with bare wires hanging out, the plug socket nearby wasn’t in the best condition either. The beds were fairly comfy but little room to move around them since they are bulky metal.
The bathroom was decent but the shower was pathetic just a dribble and choose if it wanted to be hot or cold itself.
Couldn’t talk much about staff since I was barely at the hotel but next time I go to Kiev definitely going to pick a hotel with a decent shower.
If you are doing Chernobyl welcome tours you are not far from the pick up point it’s just a walk down the road and through the train station.
