Ukrainian and Russian meal

Very nice hotel and restaurant Ukrainian and Russian meal very good choice of beer very strong but cheap staff excellent but not speak much English! But no problem waitresses very good

Just sleep for one or 2 nights

I stayed this hotel 5 days I paid Comfort room price they wanted give me standart room.
They cleaned one time my room in 5 days and only they took rubbish for WC they did not change my bed sheet and they did not clean room. They gave old towels and there was hole on the towels. Just nice very close up Metro

Good for out of town

The hotel is in a not so popular part of Kiev but there's easy access to downtown via the metro. Room was basic but reasonably comfortable. The floor always felt dirty and transferred to the bed no matter what you tried to do and under the bed was very dirty including an apple - which was not mine! You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms too (some of which you probably don't want to hear - but at least they were having a very good time). Shame there are no english speakers working there but it's not a hotspot for foreigners so I can understand this. Having said all this - I would stay again for the value and the location was perfect for what I needed.

нужны доработки

расположение хорошее,всё рядом но,плохая звукоизоляция и вот второй день слушаю пьяных соседей в 4 утра,жаль что персонал не делает никаких замечаний((( обслуживающий персонал также слегка не профессионален,пытаются зайти в номер для уборки не постучав даже,не убедившись что в номере никого нет... больше притензий нет.

Останавливаемся в отеле не первый раз. Очень хорошее месторасположение, рядом метро, есть свой ресторан, а так же рядом много кафешек, где можно покушать. Есть закрытая парковка, оставляли автомобиль и гуляли по городу - очень удобно. Приветливый и внимательный персонал. В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое, зимой тепло, летом есть кондиционер. Брали завтраки - очень даже вкусно. То что он находится рядом с рынком совсем не смущало, наоборот, даже ходили за свежими фруктами. Отель соответствует соотношению цена/качество.
