Cosy, clean and comfortable, rather cheep

Very good location at Podil historical area of Kyiv. Easy to get there, located literally near the "Kontractova" metro station. Many good restautants (as well as food markets) in 5-10 mins of walking. One may say rooms could be largers but see a title of this review. And very friendly and helpful personnel.

good, clean and reasonable price in Kiev.

a simple clean, airconditioned and comfortable room in Kiev. about 300m from the metro closest station and few meters from the tram stop. not in a central area but it's very easy to move and transport to the famous places like the Maidan street.

You get what you pay for

I didn't pick this hotel, I went along with the rest of the group. I had a deluxe single room. It was small and the bathroom tiny. It was sufficiently clean. There is quite some rumbling from the underground and I would not have slept without earplugs.
There was a minibar in the room with beer, spirits and snacks. No wine, but there are a couple of super markets nearby, and a bar in the breakfast room.
The receptionists don't speak much English, but they are friendly. There is a metro station nearby. The city center is a stop or two away, depending on where you want to go. The location was convenient. It's possible to walk to the city center.
The breakfast was adequate, although less than I would expect. The last morning I had breakfast in a cafeteria, it was very cheap.
The stay was adequate, but since I prefer four or five star hotels, I wouldn't stay again.

Cost and comfortable

I've been staying in this hotel for almost one week, it's very clean and comfortable, very attentive and nice personnel, I've been in many hotels, I can tell this one is 3 star only cause the rooms are quite small and breakfast is not that luxury, but for 3 stars it's perfect. Among disadvantages: it was a little chilly in a room in February although the room is very small, and there were no carpets in the room even at the door, so when I came in and the snow started to melt down my boots - all the floor was wet and dirty), even though the hotel is located in one of the most beautiful city areas, there's no good view from the windows, but at least the location of hotel is very convenientall the rest was fine. Nice hotel, nice location

Nice small hotel

Nice staff, bit quiet but all works. Breakfirst is small but good quality and they make if want omlets. Rooms ok generally but some rooms shovers smell , or matress is too old, there fore i move my coming visit to other hotel. If wanna eat its better to go city to eat.
