Küçük, temiz, güzel bir tesis. Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Sahipleri ilgili, yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Olanakları kısıtlı. Kısa seyahatlerde gece uyuyup çıkma çıkma amacında iş görür. Yatakları bira rahatsız.

Bina yeni restore edilmiş ve temizdi. İşletmeci beyefendi otoparktan araçla çıkarken her seferinde yola çıkıp kontrol etti. İhtiyaçlarımıza anında cevap verdi.
Yataklar rahat ve temizdi.
Yakınlardan ahır kokusu geliyor. İşletmeci kapıları kapatıp koridorlara koku sıkarak gidermeye çalışıyor. Ben odayı kiralarken en ucuz işletmeydi. Seneye tekrar gelirim. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Oda temiz ve düzenliydi, genişliği 1-2 gün konaklama için yeterli. Duşta biraz problem vardı ama biz 1 gün için dert etmedik. Urla sanat sokağına çok yakın, konumu güzel. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve nazik.
