Wonderful Small Boutique Hotel

We loved our stay at Serinn House. It was a calm oasis which we loved coming back to in between activities. It is on the outskirts of Urgup, in a quiet position. Urgup was a really nice town with a less touristy feel than Goreme and Uchisar.
Erin, the owner, is the most wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble. She organised hot air balloon rides, taxis, restaurant reservations, car hire - and everything worked perfectly! We rented a car for the day, and it was delivered to Serinn House, and we left the keys with Erin for collection as we had an early flight in the morning. The breakfast was also the best we had in Turkey! And she sent us off with fresh scones in a little picnic for our early morning flight.

Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel

Quiet, charming hotel with wonderful personalized service and fantastic breakfasts. We stayed for three nights. Eren couldn't have been more helpful --in arranging transportation from the Kayseri airport, recommending restaurants and casual cafes within walking distance, doing our laundry for a very reasonable price, arranging an early morning balloon ride and two day-long guided tours, providing a welcome snack when we arrived and breakfast to go for an early flight departure, and even offering rides into the center of town. The "Stone Room with view" was large, comfortable and light. Breakfast was the best we had over two weeks in Turkey! We enjoyed walking down (and back) to explore the town of Urgup. Be sure to ask Eren about her study of philosophy. Highly recommend a stay here while on a visit to Cappadocia.

Beautiful, Authentic Cave Hotel with an incredibly Gracious Owner.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Serinn House for two nights. Eren, who owns the property, exemplifies the concept gracious hospitality. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the breakfasts are delicious and she does a wonderful job of organizing guides, transport and is willing to help you find whatever local treasure you wish to take home. It is located just above the town of Urgup in a very peaceful setting. We loved it!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay in the peaceful villa. It's located in a quiet area with ample parking and has a beautiful view of the Tuscany-like valley below. Perfect for a friend group or family who wants to stay together. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, including strong wifi and good water pressure. I looked forward to the beautiful breakfast in the morning. The real treat is the host's dedication to your positive experience. Ms. Eren generously provided customized recommendations for sights and restaurants, advice on timing and lovely conversation. I would love to stay again!
