Terrible Room Condition and Complete Lack of Housekeeping
I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and during my entire stay, my room was not cleaned even once. There was no proper cleaning, no sense of cleanliness, and no basic level of order.
The condition of the bathroom was also very poor. Everything looked old, dirty, and neglected. The shower area, plumbing, and tiles clearly require thorough cleaning and maintenance. The overall condition of the bathroom is completely unacceptable for a hotel room.
The toilet was also in a condition that you would not expect to find in a hotel. Everything looked worn out and poorly maintained. It gave the impression that the room was almost completely neglected.
Not a single room cleaning was provided during the entire 7-day stay. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that welcomes guests and charges them for their stay.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and left a very negative impression. If cleanliness, basic hygiene, and proper service are important to you, I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel management should urgently address both the housekeeping standards and the condition of the bathrooms.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in
The location was good — around 30 minutes by taxi from the airport and only a 10-minute walk to Land of Legends. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
Where do I even start? The bedroom absolutely stank of cigarette smoke, and the toilet didn’t flush when we arrived. During our two-week stay, we had to contact maintenance five times to deal with various problems.
The bathroom floor was covered in ants — absolutely disgusting. Even worse, not once during our entire two-week stay did the cleaners visit our room.
The food was abysmal. The only option that looked remotely edible was scrambled eggs, which were being prepared outside and were literally covered in flies. As a result, we ended up eating out every single day, mainly at a small restaurant close to the hotel which was actually very nice. However, I certainly hadn’t budgeted for eating out every day, having already paid for an all-inclusive holiday for myself and my son.
There was also a very uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere involving some of the guests, particularly some of the Russian men. On several occasions, men would approach women who were on their own or even with their partners, lean over them and simply stare without saying anything. It was extremely intimidating.
On one occasion, a woman simply stood up to walk away from one of these men, and he punched her in the head. What made this even more concerning was that there appeared to be no security staff around at any time of day or night.
Overall, this was an absolutely dreadful experience. The hotel was poorly maintained, the room was unhygienic, the food was unacceptable, housekeeping was non-existent, and there were serious concerns about guest safety.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Avoid its a rip off n the foods disgusting
Got told my room wasn't ready when I arrived at midnight went to different hotel 1 night . Asked for clean towels and my room cleaned i asked 2 times for this and I was ignored n in the restaurant I asked for butter to go with bread they looked at me like I was stupid . I paid double what other people pay coz I was solo travelling and it said that it was an adult only hotel there were a lot of kids using the pool and everything else.

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel
The main problem is hygiene and cleanliness. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star hotel, but our experience was nowhere near that standard. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned, and there was a lot of dust. We were staying as two people, but only one small bottle of shampoo was provided, and overall everything seemed rather untidy. We definitely expected a much higher level of cleanliness and maintenance.
On the other hand, the food was really tasty — one of the few things we can compliment. However, good food alone is not enough for a hotel to meet a 4-star standard.
I would also like to add that the toilet was quite dirty and not properly cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned either, and the sink pipe was damaged. I have attached photos to show the condition of the bathroom.
On the other hand, the food was really tasty — one of the few things we can compliment. However, good food alone is not enough for a hotel to meet a 4-star standard.

Shitty Amon's Vacation
Let's just say it's very bad, a 1 on a scale, they save money on everything, the alcohol is cheap, it's far to the beach by bus, the sunbeds are paid, the rooms are ruined, the food menu is nothing, the hotel's location is not convenient, 90% of the men, especially locals, the hotel is like a courtyard, come in and out, the hotel is not 16+, there are many children, many animals, dogs too, the same, they swim in the pool, there is no cleaning in the rooms, it's some kind of asylum, there is always something missing, so I do not advise going there so that your vacation is not ruined.
