You're at home

In fact, thank you very much for making us feel right at home. We stayed 2 nights between 01/01/2026 and 02/02/2026. We were dissatisfied with the first-day room and could not change it due to the occupancy. But the day after, they helped immediately. Thanks again

Easy parking and check in.
Room on lower level so vety damp smell,also
Hot with only a fan.
Floor not very clean and dusty on shelf behind Bed.
Shower excellent .Bedding clean and nice.

An amazing cave experience. Be careful booking through the receptionist, though—he tends to overcharge and is very canny.

People has to know that there’s no A/C, that the rooms are really small and there’s no air in the rooms.. It’s almost suffocating. I ask the manager if I could use is laundry machine and says yes. He asked 10 euros to use whenever I wanted it but when it was time to pay, he asked for 20 euros because I used it for two batches… Honestly I dont recommand this place at all!

Hotel doesn’t allow to cancel booking despite it’s about illness. I was unable to move due to high hill reaction in mount ericyes. Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…
