Lovely hotel, very modern & clean. All the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and help you in every way. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. The hotel is located near the old town, which can be reached by city bus. Those who like beer can get it in the hotel's restaurant.

İlk ve öncelikle söylenmesi gereken otelin pis olduğu. Hemen altta bulunan kapalı otoparka park ettikten sonra asansörle otele çıkılıyor. Asansörde başlayan pis ortam önce ortak alanlarda sonra da odada devam ediyor. Çarşaflarda kıllar, havlularda el izleri mevcut. Personel yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ama yeni diye getirdiği eşyalar da pis. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Çalışanlar evet çalışıyor, uğraşıyor ama eskimişlikle baş edemiyorlar. Çok ucuza denk getirirseniz şans verin ama gerekirse biraz daha ekleyip başka bir otele gidin. Mardin küçük, en uzak otel 3-5 dakika zaten.

Otel genel anlamda fiyat performans olarak cok iyi . Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgili alakalı. Kahvaltı güzel. Merkezde bulunması heryere yakınlıgı iyi. Fakat odalar daha temiz olmalı. Yanmayan lambalar var şampuan duş jeli ve sabun bitmis takibi yapılmamış. Otelin otoparkı olması çok iyi fakat giriş çıkışa kamera ile bakılsa her defasında aramak zorunda kalınmaz. Herseyiyle memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz.

Giriş olarak çok kötüydü sabah kalvaltı orta idi ama yumurtalar birgün öncedendi ve sular kesikti çözüm beklemek ve Ped şişe ile yüz yıkamaya verildi 3gece kalındı ne çöpler alındı nede temizlik yapıldı iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştir dik altından çöpler çıktı paketli ve kullanılmıştır terlik vardı girdiğimizde çarşaf lar temizdi ama havluların renkleri griydi el sabunu bitti ve biz gidip doldurtmak zorunda kaldı sadece yatıp kalkılmak için ok denebilir amw bir kaç gece için temizlik düşünülür
