We transfer to mevlana palace, this is not convenient but staff there were friendly, bathroom very bad condition, no parking available, breakfast very bad.

Online images can be misleading when making a reservation!

We had booked this hotel through a platform for the dates July 30th - August 2nd, 2026. But when we saw the hotel rooms, we practically ran away. We stayed at another hotel. We didn't have the opportunity to have a positive conversation with the hotel staff; in fact, we were insulted. Then we learned from the shopkeepers that the municipality was directing homeless people here. It's an unhealthy environment for them to stay in, too. I don't understand why a place like this is featured on so many tourism websites. So it seems they are not taking the reviews and complaints into account. We're the ones suffering the consequences. From now on, I will not make reservations anywhere, especially in Türkiye, without seeing it with my own eyes. Meral Agar

Wretched

A disgusting hotel...the rooms are tiny, my duvet was wet, the floors are dirty, the bathroom light doesn't work, the window in the room opens onto a bug-infested and dirty elevator shaft, the staff is rude. It might be the worst hotel you could ever stay in. I stayed there, don't you.

Terrible experience, room were dirty and filthy, no hygiene, totally run down. Everything was broken and not maintained
People should stay away.
