I'm thrilled: The Rox Resort and Focus Spa are great!

The Rox Resort really enjoyed it. Service at the highest level. The staff is polite, requests are immediately complied with. The food is good. We went to eat at different times and there was always enough food. We rested for seven days, and during that time there was a varied menu. And on Wednesdays they even host Turkish cuisine evenings. This hotel has its own beach. The beach is clean, there are always plenty of deckchairs. Wi-fi even catches on the beach.
And special thanks to Focus Spa, which is located on the hotel's ground floor. For 6 days she received massage and manual therapy from Mikhail physiotherapist. My back stopped hurting and my overall health improved. And even the posture became smoother. Mikhail, thank you very much for your professional massage!
Anyway, this hotel and spa is highly recommended.

Perfect location! Beach water are the best, so blue! Room service is awesome. Will rebook again.

Worse experience ever .
Went here at midnight to check in. They could not find our reservation after showing our confirmation and payment to hotels.com , they wanted to check us in with a condition of paying same amount as deposit in cash . We asked to speak to manger , they said there is no manager on duty . We gave up and paid them . Booked me in a handicapped room and room occupied with other people .
We went back to front desk and they said they gave us two wrong room and end up giving us two different rooms . Went to rooms and slept .
Hotel is very dark and feels depressing .
I will not recommend this hotel nor I will ever stay again .
Staff is rude and not friendly .
Hotel is dirty and feels like you are in a under ground bazar.

This is the worst hotel experience in my life. The hotel doesnt have AC in lobby, floors, restaurant. Only Rooms Ac is working. All the drinks like water and fake. I will never recommend this hotel. 0 star
