A very good choice this hotel is just great

A very friendly nicely designed hotel on arrival we were warmly welcome we first had a room facing the street on request if we can exchange the room this was done immediately without any problems.The staff is very very friendly and especially dear the little Ikbal of the kitchen staff was especially nice and nice and very attentive . Would come back anytime All in all this place is highly recommended .we felt very comfortable

Bullshit

I checked in to Kayseri Nüzhet Hotel for a 3-night stay, but after the first night, I had a hard morning. There was an intense smell of smoke in the room, which had stood out as if it had been roaring for years, and it couldn’t be cleaned out with ventilation.
The bathroom, however, was simply a breeze. The phone is shattered and swinging on the trash bowl. In an area you enter to clean up, you may feel more dirty. There are serious deficiencies in hygiene.
Unfortunately, I can’t convey the smell of cigarettes on video, but the video shows some of how bad the bathroom is. The stay in this city I’m coming for a ski holiday has had a serious negative impact on my vacation.
I left the hotel early in the morning without even having breakfast because it was impossible to stay at the hotel.

Satisfied

I would recommend one of the rare hotels to stay clean and hygienic in a wonderful environment. The lady at the front desk and the staff there are very friendly and heartfelt thanks for your health

Essential and strategic

Strategically located as it is a 5-minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms are basic but clean, I recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the street, even if it is warmer for the exposure you will not have car noise and you will enjoy a better view.
Note a little sore the bathroom, poorly maintained and with smelly drains.
Friendly staff but speaks very little English, in the middle of the afternoon they brought us complimentary fruit very welcome.
We did not try breakfast.
In conclusion I recommend the structure, also for the low price

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Excellent service, friendly environment, very good cleanliness, very good breakfast. Always hot water. I asked for five ready, they gave them, I said what the fee was, they said it was free. Very pleased. Very courteous staff. Foreign tourists also often prefer. Recommendation for everyone.
