Nice at home, close to the center.
We deliberately chose a location closer to Sultanahmet, and the location was just perfect. Only 10-15 minutes on foot – and you are already at Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque, a little further – Grand Bazaar. Everything is nearby, very convenient for walking and exploring the city. Yeni Kapı Metro is about 30 minutes' walk away or 2 stops away by tram (Aksarai – Bayazit). By the way, for those who plan to travel: a bus runs between the new airport and Sabiha Gökçen airport, the cost is currently about 480 lire, the travel time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Maybe someone could use this information.
The hotel itself is very cozy, clean, with a homely atmosphere. Towels were changed every day. On the ground floor, you could always have tea safely - everything is there for that. We lived on the top, third floor, in a triple room with a balcony - it was very comfortable. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a mini fridge, a hairdryer and good Wi-Fi. It was also noticed that the hotel has many Russian-speaking tourists, which for someone can be a plus.
A special thank you to the staff. Everyone is very friendly, but Islam is particularly remembered at the reception. He speaks Russian and English, and was always ready to help, answer any questions, prompt and just support with a nice conversation. A true professional and a very soulful man.
Breakfast is a hearty, classic Turkish option, and at a price much more profitable than eating in street cafes. By the way, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel (left) there is a Pratik cafeteria with red signage - a great place to eat deliciously and inexpensively: soup about 60 lire, fish - about 360 lire.
At the end of the holiday, Islam helped us with the taxi to the new airport (the cost of about 1,800 lire), helped with the luggage — a very attentive and caring attitude that is really memorable.
The hotel left only a pleasant experience. Would love to come back here again and bravely recommend him to others!

Best place to stay
We did all the sights on foot, including the tower of Galata.
The room is super comfortable, with coffee, tea and free water...
They change them every day, that's it!

Wonderful Stay at Ottoman Elegance Hotel!
A special mention goes to Islam at the reception – he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always ready to assist with a smile. His warm hospitality really stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, charming, and friendly place to stay in Istanbul, I highly recommend Ottoman Elegance Hotel. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
