Excellent service, as well as clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located in an very nice area with a lot of life and good places to eat or have some drinks. The hotel also offers good breakfasts and coffee at their kitchen. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Lovely place brilliantly situated and great staff

Dora on reception is a font of knowledge. Istanbul can be expensive but Dora is there to advise you how and where to go and not break the bank. She booked us a wonderful boat trip down the Bosphorus. The double linking apartments are clean and fitted out for a comfortable stay for our group of 8. Coffee shop downstairs is handy, as is the Havyar cafe opposite and supermarket right next door. Monnas is brilliantly located for walking to some tourist sights - cat museum and Galata tower yesterday before sunset boat trip. Can highly recommend Cuppa Cafe nearby for Turkish Egg with aubergine for breakfast

The hotel.com website advertised my room as a 85 square meter room, but the room I received was a 60 square meter unit.
Hotels.com said the unit has sound proof walls, but I could easily hear the guests in the adjacent unit.

**A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Istanbul – Feels Just Like Home!**
I recently stayed for 4 days at this charming hotel in Istanbul, and it truly exceeded expectations. The **location is unbeatable**—right in the center of everything! You’re just a few minutes' walk from Istiklal Street, with endless cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenience stores around. A major bonus: there's a **Migros supermarket right below**, making it incredibly easy to grab any essentials.
Though the building isn’t new, it’s well-renovated and very well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and took just minutes. We stayed in the **Qui's Room**, named after one of the inspirational figures the hotel honors. The suite was **spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed**—with three bedrooms (partitioned rooms) , a comfortable living area, a dining table, and **private balconies** (which we had requested). Each room had its own A/C unit, and the **kitchenette was fully equipped** with all the utensils, pans, and even an electric oven. The **bathroom was large and included a washing machine**, which was a huge plus for a longer stay.
It honestly felt more like an apartment than a hotel room—**comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly**. We felt very safe, and the staff were absolutely lovely—**a big thank you to Amin**, who was always available and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything.
They also offer a small menu with cakes, drinks, and croissants, but with so many amazing cafes right outside, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
**Would I stay here again? Absolutely.** In fact, all my friends agreed this will be our go-to hotel for future Istanbul visits. Highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone who wants a homely, central, and safe place to stay in this vibrant city!

Never again

The rooms are nothing like photos. The air-conditioning is every day broken and drips on the floor all the time. Rooms are cheaply furnished and bedrooms have connected windows between them. If you switch on the light in one of them all lightened up and it is impossible to sleep.
