In a very cozy street of Karakoy

We were met on a terrace by the 2 nice young owners. With a drink (no alcohol) she updated us. There is no reception at this small-scale hotel. You will receive a code to open the front door and a key to your room.
It is in a very cozy street with all nice bars and terraces.
We got the nicest room according to them. On the 4th floor without elevator.
A cozy room with a balcony. Small bathroom but everything is in it.
A lovely bed, air conditioning, kettle and a mini fridge. We thought it was great.
Don't expect luxury but do expect coziness without breakfast. The price was towards that, too. Less than €100 per night. We stayed there for 5 nights.

Wat een mooie en uitgebreide review — hartelijk dank! Wat fijn om te horen dat jullie zo genoten hebben van de gezellige straat in Karaköy en van het warme ontvangst op het terras. We vinden het belangrijk om onze gasten persoonlijk welkom te heten, ook al werken we zonder traditionele receptie.
Geweldig dat jullie de kamer met balkon zo konden waarderen en dat het comfort — het bed, de airco en de faciliteiten — helemaal naar wens was. Dank ook voor de duidelijke beschrijving; dat helpt toekomstige gasten om de juiste verwachtingen te hebben.
Het was een plezier om jullie 5 nachten te mogen ontvangen. Jullie zijn altijd weer welkom!

Casa Rosa Suites provides a great pied-a-terre experience in the heart of Karaköy's dining and entertainment district. The proprietors are very hands on, extremely helpful, and friendly.
Though thoughtfully appointed do be aware that the rooms are small. I'm 6'2" and the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. That said, I had a great experience and would certainly stay here again.

Rooms were spotlessly clean, like they’d been taken care of with a mother’s touch. Mr. Tayfur, one of the hotel owners, was incredibly warm and attentive. The location is right in the heart of Istanbul. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you very much for everything.
