Excellent stay
This is definitely the place to stay in Bursa. The location is it’s very convenient both from arrival/departure to Mudanya, access to major shopping areas (in fact, the biggest one in Bursa is right across the street) visit probably the best restaurant in town.
It is also very accessible to other major attractions, e.g. the historic city center, cable car to Uludag, hamams/ spas with mineral baths and everything else in Bursa.
I’d like to say special thanks to Yasin at the reception desk. He helped us with everything that we needed and made our stay exceptional.

A pleasant stay
We stayed in a suite on the 11th floor of the hotel. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall, so you can walk to many places from the hotel. Our room was large and spacious, only the furniture was a bit worn and old, and unfortunately, the TVs in our room weren't Android. I deducted one point for that. I would have expected better TVs, especially in the suites, in such a wonderful hotel. Room service was fast and the food was delicious. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the lounge was quiet, and the staff were very friendly. Especially Ms. Çiğdem at the reception; she was so kind and polite, she made our day so wonderful. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay for us. Thank you, Sheraton family.

Decent stay with clean rooms and spectacular views.
Landed in Turkey on the 1st day and 1st stop to rest for the night was this hotel. Nice decent hotel. Lounge was nice but food sort of limited. Maybe it was low season. Not too sure. Breakfast spread was good though, lots to choose from and a good introduction to Turkish food and delights. Car was handled by the valet so that helped a lot.

If you don't want to be embarrassed, stay at this hotel.
The staff were very attentive and helpful upon arrival. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. If you don't want to be disappointed, this is the only place you should stay. Both on the phone and upon arrival, you'll only encounter perfection.

Breakfast, Chef Cuneyt Bey and Location
The hotel has very spacious rooms suitable for families and its location is excellent; it's close to a shopping mall, away from city traffic, and yet only 9-10 minutes from the city center. The breakfast was prepared with great care, and Chef Cüneyt Bey is a very polite gentleman who takes great care in his work and personally attends to the guests. The breakfast items are of very high quality, and the diet options are carefully prepared. Thank you so much for everything.
