One of a kind hotel experience in whole world
Burhan, Serenay, Mediha, Meslina, Atadevrim, Selin were awesome! Also thanks to Basak & Ebrar Hanim from concierge desk. And kudos to Ugur, Ozan, Emir and Isa with exceptional Chef Mehmet of Saafran restaurant. Made a dreamlike vacation possible. Will be back for sure again! Thank you all.

It definitely needs a change; the old Max Royal should go back to when it first opened.
I am your ex-loyal customer for Spago and owner of Mandarin Oriental Villa. Last year we almost came here everyday, but this year we just came once and don’t want to come anymore. I would share that, we were very happy with the hospitality we got here provided by Ippolita Di Bari, Andrea and the international team. But this year, we know Ippolita has left and Tuana somehow takes up her role. Honestly we knew Tuana last year already. But she is not friendly and genuine enough that guests like me and my wife appreciated. Last year we like here, because we felt your place was warm and like overseas, not Turkey because a lot of staff were foreigners and not local/ Turkish. But this year it seems not the case by our observation. I learnt that your side may want to hire more MO people, but be frank, most who left MO were those under-performers. We saw that Mehmet, one of the ex-MO staff, seems to be a restaurant manager in your place now. This is exactly the case.
We like Maxx Royal a lot and hence would share above to you and hopefully it may shed some lights to you on the future improvement plan.
