I recommend HM hotel to everyone.

HM Hotel is very nice, clean and reasonably priced. I would like to thank Rabia Hanım, Metin Bey and Berk Bey and the other staff at the reception for their attention, care and friendly service. I recommend it to everyone because I travel constantly for business and stay at HM Hotel in Ankara. Thank you very much for everything.

I came to Hm Commerce Hotel with colleagues. The room is clean and all the necessary things are provided. All the staff are friendly and polite. While the location is central, we didn’t have any noise or sound issues. Thank you very much, Mrs. Özüm Alver, who served us forward throughout and gave us the opportunity to stay at this hotel. With its smile and friendliness, it made us feel at ease about the hotel. The hotel profile is both family, friends, and single and couple. You’ve opened a gateway to us in Ankara. After that, when we’re back for work, we’ll go to Hm Commerce Hotel.

Our stay at HM Commerce Hotel was truly enjoyable. First off, the hotel''s central location and ease of transportation made us a big plus. The front desk was extremely helpful.Once we checked in, we quickly completed the check-in and gave us helpful recommendations for the surrounding locations.Our room was clean modern and comfortable.In addition to the overall cleanliness at the hotel, the common areas and hallways were regularly kept. The breakfast spread was good and fresh produce was served, especially a few choices from local dishes, which we loved. It was convenient for us that the hotel has a quiet, business-focused atmosphere, as we went on a business trip. The hotel staff were also very professional and attentive to any request.Overall, HM Commerce Hotel is a very balanced price-performance option. If I return to Ankara, I will definitely stay here. The whole crew is really accommodating and doing very good work Recommendations to everyone...

HM COMMERCE

The hotel I've been staying at is now a Newbie, clean hotel, the place is especially ideal for a business trip, it was good to get up late without fear of morning traffic, you can go to your appointment within 5 minutes after breakfast, a little overpriced, the internet connection is good, the water and tea in the room is very limited, and the costly offerings of tea and coffee in the room could be at least 2 pieces of water per person. Breakfast was good when I stayed before. They don't allow you to eat outside, but friends thank you, they don't act as if you didn't come with me to eat:)

Not a bad place to stay, not a great place to stay, its OK

Maybe its a cultural thing but we found reception staff were very miserable, no smile, no welcome, just give me your passport, stand there and dont speak.
The standout memories of the room were heat, the room was 25 degrees and no matter what you set the thermostat to it would not get any cooler and this was the same for my colleagues room. It was freezing outside so i hate to think how hot it could be in the summer.
The room was very clean and modern, excellent bathroom and good mini bar.
I found the bed very hard, my colleague felt it was fine.
Breakfast was included in the room and was very good.
Note this is a Turkish hotel and alcohol is banned on the property so way want to consider one of the bigger chains closer to town if you want to have a drink.
