The hotel, overall, did not meet the expectations of a 4-star rating as it was described.

The hotel, overall, did not meet the expectations of a 4-star rating as it was described.
The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was acceptable to a certain extent. However, it still needs improvements and some basic additions to reach a better standard, although it remains within an average acceptable level.
Regarding the rooms, there were clear issues with cleanliness. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, and bed sheets and towels were not regularly changed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
Another major drawback was the location. The hotel is situated in a residential, non-touristic area, far from the city center. This made transportation inconvenient and almost entirely dependent on taxis to reach any central or touristic locations.
Overall, the hotel experience was below expectations and did not reflect the advertised rating.

There is a bad smell in the bathroom and the toilet is to high and The toilet is inclined
